you agree that you will pay for all products you purchase during the show, and NeriA Medical Technologies may charge your payment method for any products purchased and for any additional amounts (including any taxes and late fees, as applicable) that may be accrued by or in connection with your purchase.

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING A VALID PAYMENT METHOD FOR PAYMENT OF ALL FEES.

Prices and Taxes

Your total price will include the price of the products plus any applicable tax.
Prices for products offered during the trade show may change at any time, and the products do not provide price protection or refunds in the event of a price reduction or promotional offering.

Exchanges

At NeriA Medical Technologies we make it our goal to never leave a customer dissatisfied. please read carefully our exchange policy

We at NeriA Medical Technologies want to ensure you’re completely satisfied with our top of the line skin care products. We currently offer product exchanges within 14 days of purchase. Regretfully, we are unable to provide refunds.
​
All sales are final. Items must be returned within 14 calendar days of receipt to qualify for a product exchange. you will be issued with a credit redeemable for another product of a similar value. please ensure all items are wrapped securely. we cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit.

Please contact Customer Service info@neriamed.com to obtain the shipping information and return address. The buyer is responsible for shipping cost.

Products exchange are handled on a case-by-case basis and will be reviewed by our customer service team to determine the best resolution, take into account that it might take up to 14 business days after you request an exchange to be contacted by one of our representatives.

Once we receive your item. we will inspect and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your exchange process after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved. we will send you another item of a similar value.
